Exercising your U.S. Privacy Rights
. For clarity, your eligibility for participation in Research will be assessed according to the Research Terms, not your decision to exercise any privacy rights you may have.

If you are an authorized agent making an opt-out request on behalf of an individual, we may also need to verify the identity and authority of that agent. If we request, you must provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity and/or authority to act on behalf of the individual. In either event, we will try to avoid asking you for sensitive Personal Information to verify your identity.
Additionally, you will need to describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to review, understand, assess, and respond.
